I will use kitchen only. No access to other areas and tools of the space is permitted without an escort from a ChattLab member.
No dishes or silverware is to be removed from the suite.
Pass holder is responsible for cleaning after themselves.
Tenant pass holder is responsible for each of their employees/staff that use the kitchen.
The key fob is not to be shared with any other suite holder.
No personal food items are to be stored in the ChattLab kitchen's cabinets or fridge, or freezers.
Snacks and frozen foods are available for purchase using an honor system. All food items and beverages must be paid for at the time. No IOU's or credit.
Though we try to keep some paper goods (napkins, paper towels, etc) supplied, it's not part of the service provided. Be prepared to provide your own napkins and other disposable items.
The dishwasher is only to be used for ChattLab dishes.
