Volunteer Sign-Up for Orientation, First-Year Move-in and Opening Weekend
First, thank you! By even opening this form and considering to volunteer to help is appreciated! It takes many volunteers to welcome the newest of Wildcats to the SUNY Poly community. We are looking for Friday, August 23 and Saturday, August 24 volunteers.

Second, there are a lot of different opportunities to help, engage and welcome students, family and guests. Please sign-up for multiple shifts if you are able to (with supervisor permission, if necessary).

All volunteers will receive a shirt, a surprise thank you gift you will not want to miss and the reward of helping to make this a truly wonderful experience for our new students.

A calendar invite will be sent out for each shift you select as confirmation of date, time and location.
