2024 Entry Fee: $115.00

Please note, once accepted, all entry fees are non-refundable.
**The deadline for applications is March 15, 2024**
Please allow 10-14 days after deadline for response on acceptance.
There will be a $50.00 late fee for any application received after the deadline.
You may pay via Credit Card, once accepted you will receive an invoice from PAY-PAL, an additional $5 fee will be charged for credit card use (the paypal fee). Invoices must be paid by April 12th 2024. Invoices not paid by April 1st, will be removed from consideration. **Please note we are can no longer accept checks. You must pay via PayPal.

A Valid Tax ID number is required for a permit, this will be due with payment. PLEASE fill out the tax ID number portion. Food vendors MUST apply for your own permit through the town of Topsfield board of Health.

We extend our gratitude to all who contribute to the success of the 55th Annual Strawberry Festival. As a reminder, our festival is made possible by the unwavering dedication of our incredible volunteers, who generously give their time amidst the demands of families and full-time jobs.

We want to emphasize the importance of maintaining a positive and respectful environment for everyone involved. Harassment, whether through emails, phone calls, or in-person interactions, directed at any of our valued volunteers by a vendor will not be tolerated. Such behavior not only undermines the spirit of collaboration but also jeopardizes the integrity of our event.

In the spirit of fostering a supportive community, we kindly request that all communication and interactions remain courteous and professional. Any instances of harassment may result in the disqualification of the respective vendor from participating in our festival, and forfeiture of application fee. Let us work together to ensure that the 55th Annual Strawberry Festival continues to be a celebration marked by camaraderie, creativity, and shared joy.

Craft Exhibitors: ALL CRAFTS MUST BE HANDCRAFTED BY YOU- NO EXCEPTIONS

All Crafts must be handcrafted by you, there are no exceptions to this. In order to maintain a high quality, well-balanced show, the jury reserves the right to limit craft categories are over-subscribed. (You may be invited to remove the over-subscribed items and still participate in the show with your other items). Previous participation does not guarantee your acceptance into the festival. Please display the same type of craft throughout your booth. Demonstrations of your craft are encouraged. The Topsfield Historical Society has the right to remove any offensive products that do not comply with regulations.

Food Exhibitors:

All food items must be handcrafted by you, no exceptions allowed. Exhibitors selling specialty foods (candy, dip mixes, salsa, etc.) must obtain a Food Service Permit from the Topsfield Board of Health 978-887-1520. If you do not have your permit on the day of the Festival you will not be allowed to participate.

Photographs of Crafts are Required

Judging of exhibitors applications will be based on your high quality photos. All entries will be reviewed by a jury and the decision of the jury is final. Please email them to TopsfieldStrawberryFestVendors@gmail.com OR provide a website/business page for the jury to view the photos. Title the email Application- photos & your business name.
Please email the following: A photo of your booth display. At least two close-ups of crafts expected, please size the photos to fit in an email, and only send ONE email. You may send a google drive or dropbox link as well, if the photos size it too large for one email.
We are no long accepting mailed photos, sorry for any inconvenience.

Set-up/ Day of information:

Tents may be set up Friday June 7th after 5:00 PM Registration will begin promptly at 7:00 AM Saturday. Any exhibitor not registered by 9:00 a.m. may forfeit their space without a refund to an exhibitor on our waiting list.

Miscellaneous:

Please apply early as categories fill up quickly and previous participation will not guarantee acceptance. Exhibitor space is approximately 12’ wide x 12’ deep. Please read below for rules and details.There is absolutely no smoking or drinking of any kind on the Common during the Festival. The Topsfield Historical Society has the right to remove any offensive products that do not comply with these regulations.
