Attention! Please look over the guidelines listed below to become familiar with our refund policy. All refund requests will be processed by the Camp Directors only.

SUBMIT ONE FORM PER CHILD.

If you cancel with 21 or more days notice from the first day of the week you are cancelling, there is a 15% cancellation fee, or we can keep 100% of the amount paid on file as a store credit for future use up to one year.

 If you cancel with less than 21 days of the camp starting, a store credit will be given for future use (no direct refunds).

If cancellation occurs with less than 15 days, 50% of the original fee will be given as a store credit.
If cancellation occurs the same week as camp no refund/credit will be given.  

There are no refunds for missed days or partially missed weeks. There are no refunds in the case of weather emergencies as those are out of our control. Memberships are non-refundable.

Please note, store credits cannot be used for membership renewal, merchandise or food and beverage products with the exception of summer camp lunches.

KEVA Sports Center reserves the right to modify or change this policy without advance customer notice. Valid membership required for all programs.

Refunds take between 2-4 weeks to be processed.
