PSR Registration is now open.  Registrations received after July 1st will have an additional $25.00 late fee.

TO COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION PROCESS, WE ASK THAT YOU COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING STEPS:

1.    Register in the Parish, if you are not already a member.  This can be done by seeing one of the parish priests after any of the weekend masses or contacting the rectory at 636-441-7503.
2.    Complete the following Parish School of Religion Online Registration.  
3.    Provide a Baptismal Certificate for all Kindergarten and new students.
4.    Provide an Asthma Inhaler/EpiPen Permission Form, if applicable.  The Form can be found here:  https://stsja.org/psr under Documents.  
5.    Provide a copy of an IEP, if applicable.
6. Pay tuition (including the registration fee and sacramental fee, if applicable).  Payment can be made in cash, check, or through Online Giving.  

TUITION:

All tuition has an additional registration fee ($30.00) and any applicable Sacramental fees ($25.00 for each child in 2nd, 8th, or Sacramental Prep.)

CASH OR CHECK:
Kindergarten Only  - $110.00 + $30 registration fee
1 Child Tuition        - $200.00 + $30 registration fee + ($25 for each child in 2nd, 8th, or Sacramental Prep.)  
2 Children               - $285.00 + $30 registration fee  + ($25 for each child in 2nd, 8th, or Sacramental Prep.)        
3+ Children             - $350.00 + $30 registration fee  + ($25 for each child in 2nd, 8th, or Sacramental Prep.)  

ONLINE GIVING PAYMENT PLAN:
3 or 5 equal monthly recurring payments (includes monthly fees)
Kindergarten Only  - 3 Month Plan - $50.00 or 5 Month Plan - $31.00
1 Child                     - 3 Month Plan - $80.00 or 5 Month Plan - $49.00 + Sacramental Fees, if applicable
2 Children               - 3 Month Plan - $108.00 or 5 Month Plan - $66.00 + Sacramental Fees, if applicable
3+ Children             - 3 Month Plan - $130.00 or 5 Month Plan - $79.00 + Sacramental Fees, if applicable

Referral program.  If your family refers a NEW family to our PSR program, you will be given a $20.00 discount on your tuition once that family has registered.  The new family must add your name on their registration form, register, and pay.

REGISTRATION IS CONSIDERED COMPLETE AFTER ALL STEPS ARE COMPLETE INCLUDING A FULL TUITION PAYMENT OR A RECURRING TUITION PAYMENT PLAN SET-UP THROUGH ONLINE GIVING.
