Please complete this form if your student and family would like to participate in the Sargeant Family Holiday Craft Event with the Sargeant Wellness Team on Thursday, December 17th at 6:00 pm via zoom. The form must be completed by Monday December 14th.

The following supplies will be needed to complete the craft:
(1) paper plate per person - (4 participants = 4 paper plates)
Green paint, and other colors if desired.
Paint brush
Small craft fluffy pom poms
Markers
Glue
Clear Tape
Optional: glitter and stickers.

Por favor complete este formulario si su estudiante y su familia desean participar en el evento de artesanía navideña familiar Sargeant con el equipo de bienestar Sargeant el jueves 17 de diciembre a las 6:00 pm a través de zoom.  El formulario debe completarse antes del lunes 14 de diciembre.

Pequeños pompones esponjosos artesanales
