Due to Covid 19 and the limits placed on the size of groups, events can only be booked first-in first
served.
The number of attendees per event will be governed by NSW group size regulations .
This form will allow the selection of runs on different days with members indicating their availability on
date selection.
ONLY THOSE MEMBERS WHO HAVE REGISTERED AND RECEIVED CONFIRMATION FROM THE
ORGANISER CAN ATTEND THE RUN.

Covid 19 requirements: 1: Please do not attend a run if you have flu like symptoms or are unwell.
                                               Notify the run leader if you cannot attend at the last minute.
                                         2: Only financial members can attend event
                                         3: All Covid-19 restrictions must be complied with INCLUDING social distancing
                                                 rules
                                         4: Bring and use hand sanitiser, soap and hand wipes.
                                         5: It is strongly advised to have the Covid-safe app on your phone or be prepared
                                                 for your contact details to be passed on to the Health authorities in the
                                                 event of a Covid 19 occurrence within the group.
