WHAT I NEED TO KNOW & WHEN:

Fall Dips: by July 1st, 2020 @ noon
Spring Dips: by December 16th @ 5pm
Spring/Summer Plunges: by December 16th @ 5pm
Please put these into your schedule NOW as you plan for next year.  It would be great for me to have a finalized schedule before school starts for you in the fall.   Must have supervisory approval before signing up.

IMPORTANT DETAILS:
Dips are 1-2 nights. $20/night.
Plunges average 5 days (4-7 days). $30/night.  $25 for any registrations within two weeks of dip/plunge.
Short-term trips can be considered. 8+ days.  Cost TBD.
Usually hosted in Sacramento, though open to mentoring new director, traveling first year, or consulting in other cities.
Promo materials: registration page, flyer in .pdf and promo videos will be available no later than 2 months prior to your dip/plunge.

-To get momentum for these experiential discipleship opportunities for your chapter(s), signing up for a dip FIRST is best.  Plunges are easier to recruit for after 1 or more short time, low cost dips.

-Must have contact person from your campus, 1 staff/intern/experienced leader: 4-6 students, 7 people minimum (plunge only).  Plunges work best if they are 2+ campuses, staff come from each campus (at least 1) and if you begin talking about plunge as early as NSO in August/September.  "This year, we're going to have lots of opportunities to grow together...

-The discipleship and values passing on that happens in 1 weekend or 1 week is trajectory changing.  

-Expect at least 3 zoom calls to set up your justice dip/plunge + 1 debrief.  Including students is possible!

-Dips & Plunges are first step for students.  BayJP is the next step.  Both are open to repeat participation!
