Exempt Request Form

To withdraw from an event that hasn't been canceled, participants must do so before the event lock date. Otherwise, they must attend the event to avoid negative hours. When an event is canceled by the organizers, participants will be notified in advance and no further action is required on their part.

However, if it is past the lock date and you are unable to attend an event due to an unforeseen situation, you need to fill out the form below and provide an explanation. The request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
