We provide private and semi-private (for 2 to 3 pax) instruction, as well as comprehensive teacher training in the Classical Pilates method, in our fully equipped studio in Mont Kiara.

We are a small studio and team (of two!). As such, we will only be accepting new clients on referrals and depending on instructor availability.
