I, hereby give my permission for my student to attend the Stoney Creek High School Senior All Night Party Wednesday, June 1, 2022. I understand that games and activities will be available which may pose certain risks to the participants. I hereby assume such risks for the student identified hereon and waive and hold the Rochester Community Schools, the Senior All Night Party Committee and volunteers, and the company and its employees and operators providing the games and devices, harmless from liability relating to the use of such lighting, games and devices. I understand that only students of SCHS are eligible to attend the 2022 Senior All Night Party.  I understand that students are required to stay until the end of the party and all prizes/goody bags will be forfeited if the student leaves without permission obtained by June 1, 2022.
