My Church Service Testimonial Form
June 2nd, 2023 marks the 18th anniversary for Higher Trails Church and we want to hear how your church (Higher Trails) has positively impacted your life. On Sunday, June 4, 2023, we will share several "My Church" testimonies during service, as well as online and/or on social media. Before submitting your form, please read below.
  • Your "My Church" testimony is different from your life testimony, which we recognize as being just as, if not more important. However, for the My Church Service, we ask that you please only provide your testimony of how Higher Trails Church has impacted your life positively.
  • Because of limited service time and online structure, we will not be able to select all submissions.
  • Deadline for submissions: Sunday, May 28th, 2023
