PTO Nomination Form
Hickory Grove PTO is currently accepting nominations for its 2022-2023 Board.  If you would like to nominate yourself or someone else, please fill out the application below.  The following positions are available: President, Co-President, Treasurer, and Secretary.  If you would like to be considered, please send this form back to school in a sealed envelope addressed to the “PTO Nominating Committee”. Persons elected will receive a phone call from the school principal. Additionally, a Connect5 school message will go out to all families to announce the new board members. Nominations are for 1 school year.

If more than one person applies for the same position, the principal will put together an interview team to select the board member.  However, all parents are welcome and encouraged to attend meetings whether they are chosen for an officer position or not.
