While we encourage pet owners to make every effort to continue caring for their pet when possible, we understand that circumstances may arise where rehoming of the pet may be necessary.  In an effort to maximize our lifesaving capacities and maintain quality of care for those in our program, we accept owner surrenders on a case-by-case basis and by appointment only.  Please complete the form below as accurately and honestly as possible so that our team can assist you and your pet in the best way possible.  Completion of this form does not guarantee acceptance of your pet into our program.  Please allow 48 hours for one of our counselors to reach out to you. PLEASE NOTE: We will primarily contact you by the email provided on this form.  If you are needing to surrender your pet due to an emergency, please contact our Pet Services department by emailing intake@caspca.org.
