By submitting a request for interpreter services, I understand and agree to the following policies:  
1.  Place your request as soon as possible.  Generally, we ask for a 2 week notice; however, we will try to fill any assignment that is submitted.
2.  Give at least a 24-hour notice of cancellation. If notice is not given at least 24 hours in advance, the agency may be charged the full rate unless otherwise arranged.
3.  To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call (334) 677-6270.  
4.  Appointments/Events lasting more than 2 hours will require two interpreters.
