How it works...

No payment is due at this time.  All we need is your contact information, number of players on your team, and the division you are joining.

Once we receive your completed form, we will send out the TeamSnap Invite so your friends/teammates can join your team page.  All payment will be handled through TeamSnap.

You must have a minimum of 8-players, and no more than 12-players. The full team registration fee must be paid prior to week-1 of the tournament.  All players must sign the Player Information Form and Release of Liability Waiver before competing.
