2022-2023 Scholarship Form
Generally scholarships are available for a maximum of one-half of a student's tuition we do ask families to contact us about a payment plan for the remainder recognizing people make choices concerning such things as sports activities, lessons, vacations, etc.   Awards are based solely on need, not on talent or merit.  

All information shared in this application form is confidential.  The managing director will review this application to determine whether we can award a scholarship and, if so, what amount of help is available.  Pacific Youth Choir reserves the right to request documentation to verify information supplied on this application.

Installment Payment Information
No matter the amount you are paying, 1st half of tuition is due at the start the season and 2nd half of tuition is due Nov 1.  If this doesn't work for you, please contact the PYC office about making payment arrangements.  Regardless of individual payment installment situations, tuition must be paid in full by March 31.  Any additional balances after April 30 will be subject to a late fee.
