Little Women Tech Interest
Please indicate the tech crew positions you are interested in for our winter production. The number of crew positions that can travel with the production is limited because of state One-Act rules. Also, anyone not traveling with the production but wanting to assist can participate on the set and costume construction crews can do so without having to pay the registration fee.

Code of Conduct *
We are increasingly aware that disrespectful behavior, harassment, sexual misconduct, and systemic bullying are deeply embedded in our broader culture – including in the theater world. These behaviors are contrary to who we are and what we aspire to be. Theater is an art form that can and should be challenging, experimental, exploratory, and bold. Artistic freedom of expression is essential. For these things to happen, though, the creative space must be a safe one. And because the spaces in which we work are broad – encompassing, auditions, rehearsals, technical work, late nights, parties, and more – we must acknowledge, and not exploit, the blurred boundaries between educational and social spaces. The Loft Stage is committed to providing a healthy and respectful environment for everyone involved in its activities. We make this commitment to you as a member of our theater community. And we expect you to support that commitment through your actions, too. As a member of the Loft Stage community, students shall not engage in sexual, racial, cultural, socioeconomic, gender, or ableist harassment. Avoid any behavior that marginalizes or diminishes others. Harassment includes any behavior that is offensive, intimidating, humiliating or hostile; which interferes with individuals’ contributions; which causes stress, anxiety, fear or sickness on the part of the harassed person and behavior which sexualizes the educational space. Conduct or comments become harassment when they are unwelcome to others or make others feel uncomfortable or threatened, even if they are intended as a joke. Intention is not the same as impact and Lofties must hold themselves and others accountable if/when harm is done, be self aware, reflective, and conscious in decision making. Failure to comply to these standards may result in disciplinary actions and/or removal from the production.
Commitment *
If you are granted a performance crew position, we expect you to be at rehearsal when you are called as well as all mandatory dates listed in the tech information presentation. If you are ill or have an emergency, you MUST contact Jimmy to let them know as soon as possible. Failure to do so may result in removal from the crew. If you will have any conflicts with the rehearsal schedule, list them in the comment section. They do not eliminate you from being on crew but they do allow for careful consideration in scheduling (jobs, school activities, clubs, trips and family events must be included).
