2024 Custom Order Form
Please complete the following form to place a custom order with me.

What can I order?
You can order a custom version of almost any plush toy you see on my Instagram page or YouTube account. I am happy to customise colours and for some plushies, multiple sizes are available. Please include your requirements within this form and we can discuss what is possible.

Some ideas with estimated pricing are provided below.

How does the ordering process work?
  • Order form: Complete this form with as much detail as possible
  • Review & Confirm: I will review your order request and reach out to you via email with any questions or notes about the order.
  • Pricing Quote: Once we've agreed on the order requirements, I will quote you for the custom piece.
  • Invoicing & Payment: If you are happy to proceed, an invoice will be generated and sent to you through Square Invoicing.
  • Creation & Shipment: Orders will take anywhere between 1-3 weeks to be finished and shipped to you - note this does not include shipping time itself which can vary by country and state. If you have a strict deadline for when you need your order, please let me know within this form and I will do my best to accommodate you (please note any delays once the order has been posted are beyond my control).
    I will give you a more accurate estimate of timing in the 'Review & Confirm' stage.

How is payment made?
  • Payments can be made via Square invoicing (using Credit or Debit card)
  • A 50% deposit must be made before I begin making your order. This will be retained if you cancel or significantly change the agreed upon item after I have begun making your order.
  • Payment must be made in full before your order is shipped out.
Note: These payment terms help protect me and my time, as there is a limit to the custom orders I am able to offer - thank you for understanding.

Pricing Estimates
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Where examples are included in the above image, I have included the number of the item for you to see.

Snugglers from $80 e.g. Elephant (1), Frog (2), Bunny, etc.

Plush toys:
Keychain plushies - $10 to $15 e.g. whales, sharks, birds (13) etc.
Small plush toys - $10 to $25 e.g. Pickles, Mushrooms (3), Triceratops, Whale (6), Octopus (5), Axolotl, Leggy Frogs (7), Birds (11) etc
Medium plush toys - $30+ e.g. Chickens, Chubby Bunnies (16) etc.
Large plush toys - $50+ e.g. Crab (8), Cocoa mugs (9) Larger sized Chickens & Chubby Bunnies (16), etc.
Longneck Sleepy Birds - $50 e.g. Duck, Goose (4), Flamingo, etc.

Note: pricing may vary beyond the ranges depending on complexity, estimates are based on some items shown above

Accessories:
Flower Earrings - $10 e.g. 15 above
Sunflower pouches - $35 e.g. 17 above

Other accessories: Price on request.
Examples include bucket hats, book/kindle pouches, coasters (14), etc.

Clothing:
Price on request.
Examples include hexagon cardigan (e.g. 18 which is child-sized).

Note: due to the amount of time clothing takes to make, these prices can be higher.
