Thank you for your interest in the First Unitarian Church of Pittsburgh religious education program!  We require all children and youth attending these programs to be registered to assist us in providing a safe - and welcoming! - community environment for all our families.  Please fill out this form even if you are returning this year.  ***For each child, you will need to fill out a new form, but you may skip to the end by indicating an additional child below.  If you are returning, you will be given an option to verify your information with the church at a later date.
