Lewiston Farmers' Market Application
Thank you for your interest in being part of the Lewiston Farmers’ Market!

We are looking forward to the upcoming season being another year of continued growth and success.

Vendors interested in our summer market are asked to fill out the following application. The summer market operates Sundays, 9:30 am - 1:00 pm May thru October and 11:00 am - 1:00 pm, November. Opening day is Mother's Day. If accepted to a market, vendors will pay a fee to participate.  State licensing and insurance appropriate to vendor products will be required for participation.

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance to the market. Each new prospective vendor will be asked to present at a regular all member meeting either mid winter or beginning of April. At that time, prospective vendors will be voted into the market for that season by existing members. Vendors who are selling a product that is under-represented at the market have a greater chance of being accepted. Please don’t hesitate to inquire about current market vendor makeup.

Following acceptance, vendors will be asked to submit payment and all applicable licensing. Vendors who do not submit appropriate paperwork will not be able to participate.

Market Participation - Full-time, Part-time, Guest *
Vendors can participate as a full time, part time, or, regular guest vendor. Full time participation includes the expectation of attending the market weekly throughout the season. Full participants are allowed 5 absences over the course of the market season according to Market Rules.  Part time vendors are expected to participate for half the season approximately 15 weeks either consecutively or in total over the season. Guest vendors can participate up to 6 times over the course of the season. If guest vendors would like to participate more than 6 weeks they are asked to pursue part time or full time membership. Part-gtime vendors are expected to provide dates they intend to participate. Guest vendors are asked to do the same but can also request participation at least a week before market. This ultimately allows us to better plan AND advertise your business!

If you are intending to be a part-time or guest vendor and know the dates you'd like to attend please list them here. If you don't know specific dates simply name whether you'd like to come on average monthly, bi-weekly or every other etc.
Days Away *
Full time vendors are permitted 5 days off from market over the course of the summer season without issue as stated by our market guidelines. If you know the days you will plan to be away please take a moment to list them below. This helps the market team communicate with customers and also plan for guest vendors to fill in product gaps.  If you do not know your days away but have an approximate month that is helpful to list. If you will have no days away simply state. If you are not a full time vendor, or this question does not apply to you simply put N/A. Thank you.
