Psychological Well-Being (PWB) Scale
The Psychological Well-Being (PWB) Scale was developed by Dr. Carol D. Ryff and it measures six aspects of well-being and happiness: autonomy, environmental mastery, personal growth, positive relations with others, purpose in life, and self-acceptance (Ryff et al., 2007; adapted from Ryff, 1989). The PWB Scale is part of the Stanford University SPARQ Tools. Psychology For All has adapted this instrument into an electronic survey, while preserving the integrity of its content.
