Vendor Application Second Saturday Farmer's Market (June- October) 10AM-2PM
Form must be filled out completely. Each vendor space is 10x10ft. If you would like a double space (10x20ft) please select the 10x20ft option. Spaces are first come, first served in order they were submitted for the month. Chamber members will be given priority. 

We reserve the right to limit the number of vendors for a specific product or good. 

We encourage you to sign up for the seasonal option and save 20%! One time sign up and payment for the entire season an easy and convenient way to promote your business! 
  • Vendors must supply their own tents, tables and chairs if needed. 
  • Electricity spaces are very limited. Use Comments/Questions section to specify electricity needs
  • Generators may not be approved.
  • Please visit MD Cottage Food Law for Cottage Food Laws/Requirements in Maryland.
  • Vendor set up is 2 hours prior to event. Vendors are expected to stay for the duration of the event, no early departures unless there is an emergency. All vendors must be off premises 1 hour after event.
  • Sign up per event date, or consider the seasonal sign up option and save 20%!
  • All vendor items must be locally made or grown, or 80% hand-crafted. No MLM, no wholesale, no resale. Port Deposit Chamber will host other vendor events to include those types of businesses. 
  • Refer your maker friends! 
  • Members of the Port Deposit Chamber of Commerce receive $5 off vendor spaces- promo code will be sent out in an official chamber email to apply at checkout. Applies to new members too!
  • Our farmer's market would like to include: produce, plants, soaps, candles, locally made/sourced; skincare, cleaning and/or beauty products, baked goods, handmade textiles: quilted, crocheted, knitted, weaved, local dairy products, jams, jellies, condiments, dry goods; locally made/sourced, small-batch
