The conference organizers have reserved some rooms at the hotel (Vega Suites) at a group rate for conference participants. If you would like to apply for the discount, please fill in this form.
Note that we have paid the deposit, so If you want to cancel your booking after submitting the form, please contact Hao WANG (hwangdv@connect.ust.hk) ASAP.
Please be noted that the group rate is available for a limited number of rooms reserved by the workshop, with fixed check-in and check-out dates on June 28 and June 30, respectively. Room booking registrations will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis, until May 31 or until all the reserved rooms are filled, whichever comes first. Payment will be made directly to the hotel concierge upon check-in, by cash, credit card, and debit cards with China UnionPay. Please note that other electronic payments such as Alipay and WeChat Pay are not accepted.
