Please complete the form to communicate to the CICS office which means of transportation your student(s) will use for the 2019-2020 school year.

*If one of your children will be using different travel arrangements, please submit a separate form for each student.

CICS students are able to use the Grinnell-Newburg busing system. Both school districts - CICS and Grinnell-Newburg - need to know if a student plans to use the public district's busing. Students need to be added to routes and schedules. Please complete the online registration form for the Grinnell-Newburg district if your student(s) will be using the public district's buses by mid-August.
