If selected, the submitting party will be notified via email at the contact provided in this form. Upon selection, the submitting party will be notified as to initial air date and instructions to have their fan base vote for their video to make the Top 10 weekly countdown.
Please note that this submission is not an infringement on the copyright or ownership of the music submitted/selected. All music submitted/played on air, are that of the submitting party. By submitting for airplay, the submitting party grants legal permission to inDspotlight Productions LLC (hereafter referred to as "inDtv") to use the submitted music and/or videos for broadcast (including streaming, VOD and broadcast) across inDtv | inDspotlight Television® programming and social media for promotional purposes.
inDtv® and its subsequent programming lay no claim to ownership of the music submitted to the show or played on air. All selected music chosen to air on inDtv | inDspotlight Television® programming will be cited/credited and artists will be notified of their selected status.
In consideration of my music used by inDtv® and other good value considerations, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I hereby authorize inDtv® to record my name, likeness, image, voice, music and performance on film, tape or otherwise for use in the above project of parts thereof. I agree that the project may be edited and otherwise altered at the sole discretion of the producers, used in whole or in part, for any and all broadcasting, audio/visual, and or exhibition purposes in any manner or media, in perpetuity, throughout the world. I understand that I have no rights to the features, or any benefits derived there from.
I consent to the use of my name, likeness, image, voice, performance, music and biographical material in connection with the promotion of the project at hand.
I represent that I have the right, capacity and authority to enter into this agreement and that my performance and the rights I have granted in this agreement will not conflict or violate any commitment or understanding I have with any other person or entity.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless inDtv® from and against any and all claims, losses, expenses and liabilities of any kind including reasonable attorney’s fees arising out of the inaccuracy or breach of any provision of this agreement. I expressly release inDtv® from any and all claims arising out of the use of this material.
This agreement will in all aspects be governed by and interpreted, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
This agreement represents an understanding of all parties and is not to be amended unless mutually agreed upon by all parties in writing.
inDspotlight Countdown™ is an original series from inDspotlight Productions LLC airing on inDtv | inDspotlight Television®. inDtv® is part of the UNTV | Universe Network, UNTV reports all registered music airplay to BMI and ASCAP for proper tracking of the submitting parties content. inDtv | inDspotlight Television® airs on UNTV Channel 140 and Roku respectively. UNTV is available on ROKU, Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Apple TV.
