In submitting this form I state my commitment by professing the following:
1. I confess to faith in Jesus Christ and the evidence of his regeneration.
2. I believe in God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit; in the verbal inspiration of the Holy Scriptures as originally given; in the vicarious atonement of the Lord Jesus Christ; in the eternal salvation of all who believe in Him and the eternal punishment of all who reject Him.
3. I accept the doctrines of the Lord Jesus Christ as Savior, Sanctifier, Healer, and Coming King.
4. I have full sympathy with the mission and core values of The Christian and Missionary Alliance and cooperate by systematic support of its work.
5. I commit to supporting my church by attending faithfully, living a godly life, and giving regularly with my tithes and offerings.
6. I will abide by the conditions of membership as noted in the ByLaws of the First Hmong Alliance Church, Article III: Membership.
