Thank you for your interest in auditioning for Complexions Contemporary Ballet.  Please fill out this registration form completely.  Once you have submitted the form please complete the registration process by submitting your resume, headshot and vaccination card to ccbcompanym@gmail.com.  Include the following in the subject line: Company Audition + Your Full Name + Audition City. Please note that dancers who have not submitted a headshot and resume will not be admitted to the audition.  Also, please note that vaccination against Covid-19 is required for participation in the audition and for employment with the company.  Dancers will be required to (1) show proof of vaccination and a valid ID to enter the audition and (2) possibly wear a mask throughout the audition process.
