Room Reservation Form
Alabama State University's Division of Continuing Education (DCE) is committed to providing optimal services to our community.  Our state of the art training facility is equipped with spacious meeting rooms and the newest technology to meet your training or meeting needs.  Rooms at 32 Commerce Street, Montgomery, AL 36104, may be reserved for business/training purposes by contacting our office at 334-229-4686.  

Reservations must be made at least 3 weeks in advance.  
  • A $250.00 refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation. (Reservations will not be secured without a deposit.)
  • A $75.00 non-refundable technology set-up fee is required if there is a need for additional technology devices (i.e., OWL, additional AV equipment...)
  • *Full payment for all room rentals must be received at least five (5) days prior to the rental date.  
  • The individual listed as the Point of Contact is required to arrive 30 minutes prior to the event's start time. 
*If payment is not received at least five (5) days prior to the rental date, Alabama State University's Division of Continuing Education reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement and all deposits will be forfeited to ASU's Division of Continuing Education.

Deposits & Fees

If it is determined by inspection that the rooms and all equipment are left in satisfactory condition, the deposit will be returned. Satisfactory condition is defined as the condition of the room and equipment at the start of the rental period. This determination will be solely made by ASU Division of Continuing Education staff. 

Any existing conditions must be documented at the time of reservation. 

Deposit fee is $250.

Room Descriptions 

Room 111 is an accessible meeting room equipped with 3 long meeting tables that comfortably seat 15-20 adults. A whiteboard and Wi-Fi access are available for use. Food is permitted and may be served from tables supplied by the Division of Continuing Education.

Room 112 is an accessible meeting room equipped with 5 long meeting tables that comfortably seat 40-50 adults. A whiteboard and Wi-Fi access are available for use. Food is permitted and may be served from tables supplied by the Division of Continuing Education.

Room 113 is an accessible meeting room equipped with 3 long meeting tables that comfortably seat 15-20 adults. A whiteboard and Wi-Fi access are available for use. Food is permitted and may be served from tables supplied by the Division of Continuing Education.  

Room 114 is an accessible meeting room equipped with 5 long meeting tables that comfortably seat 25-30 adults. A whiteboard, podium and Wi-Fi access are available for use. Food is permitted and may be served from tables supplied by the Division of Continuing Education.  

Room 115 is an accessible meeting room equipped with 4 long meeting tables that comfortably seat 20 adults. A whiteboard and Wi-Fi access are available for use. Food is permitted and may be served from tables supplied by the Division of Continuing Education.

Room 210 is equipped with 4 long tables that will seat 32 adults. The room is equipped with Wi-Fi access, Ethernet connection, projector, dropdown screen, podium, and whiteboard.

Room 212 is a computer lab equipped with 23 Dell computers. The lab also has Wi-Fi, Ethernet connections, projector, dropdown screen, podium, and whiteboard. Food is not permitted. LIMITED ACCESS

Room 213 is a computer lab equipped with 19 Apple iMacs. The lab also has Wi-Fi, Ethernet connections, projector, dropdown screen, podium, and whiteboard. Food is not permitted. LIMITED ACCESS

Room 215 is a computer lab equipped with 24 Dell computers. The lab also has Wi-Fi, Ethernet connections, projector, dropdown screen, podium, and whiteboard. Food is not permitted.

Room 216 is a computer lab equipped with 20 Dell computers. The lab also has Wi-Fi, Ethernet connections, projector, dropdown screen, podium, and whiteboard. Food is not permitted.

Room 218 is an accessible conference room. The tables and chairs can be configured into whatever arrangement you need to seat up to 40 people. It is equipped with Wi-Fi, Ethernet connection, projector, dropdown screen, podium, and whiteboard. Food is permitted and may be served from tables supplied by the Division of Continuing Education.
