Cost is by donation to the Lincoln Elementary Options Community Council (OCC) who have generously provided us the gym space.
Suggested donation of $5 per game or $20 for the full league if able.

Waiver:
In consideration for Ultimate Frisbee of Olympia (UFO) and Lincoln Elementary OCC accepting my child's entry into this program, I personally and on behalf of my child, assume all risks and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activity. I release photographic images to be used for promotional purposes of events and programs. I do further release, absolve and waive any right to bring a claim, action suit, or any other proceeding against UFO; Lincoln OCC; and the Olympia School District 111; the sponsors and organizers of the program; or instructors of the program for damages due to any injuries suffered as a result of participation in the program except for sole negligence of these organizations.
