Questions to consider: How long has this program been in practice? Has the program been able to achieve consistent positive results for students? What specific metrics and evidence of student improvement can you provide? Are there any relevant anecdotes from the end-user (e.g. students, parents, other teachers, administrators)?

Questions to consider: For each team member, what teacher/administrator skills and characteristics should they ideally have to adopt this at a new site? What is the estimated cost and time needed to successfully implement your practice? How many different classrooms or school sites have adopted your practice? What is being done to scale it up to more sites? Do instructional guides or a training program exist if someone wants to transfer this practice to their school?
