The process in three steps:
1) complete this the Mosque access registration form, This form.
2) wait until the next Tuesday, the new registered names will be added every Tuesday.
3) update your card from the security office B26 after you receive an email from the CIS.

If you put your information of Thursday for example, then your information will be sent to the IT the next Tuesday. Then you will get an email from the CIS informng you to do the third step.
