The governor of NM has removed the indoor mask mandate.

Masks are optional for vaccinated and boosted people while doing our Zumba classes effective Monday 2/21/22. If you are unvaccinated (not vaccinated) or not boosted yet, we still recommend that you continue to wear your mask for your safety, but it is your choice. You may also electively choose to wear a mask during class if that makes you feel more comfortable. Nobody will have the right to shame or question anyone for their choice to wear a mask or not wear a mask. Any type of mask can be worn at the studio if you choose to wear one, although we recommend surgical masks or better.

Whether you wear a mask or not is up to you. We do not have a front desk person or the availability to check vaccination records at the door before every class, nor do we believe that your vaccination history is really any of our business. So, we are trusting that you do what is best for yourself and our Zumba community.

Do NOT come to the studio if you are sick (even if it isn't COVID). We do not want you to spread ANY sick germs.

If you test positive for COVID and have been at the studio within 3 days of your symptoms beginning, we are requiring that you tell Sabrina within 24 hours of your results. While keeping your identity confidential, Sabrina will alert the students who were at the class(es) with you as well as the instructor. All individuals who were at the class(es) during the confirmed exposure will be required to wear a mask for 5 full days while at the studio after the exposure. And yes this will be enforced by our team of instructors.

All in-studio classes will be capped at 20 people except for Strong which will be capped at 10 people.

The studio will not be held accountable for any negative consequences associated with you wearing or not wearing at mask at Zumba. You as the student will assume all responsibility for your actions and whatever transpires from your choice of wearing a mask or not. By signing below you agree to assume full responsibility for your actions and not hold the studio accountable for any negative consequences associated with your mask usage.
