AVMHA U6/U7 2021 Jamboree
Please complete this form to apply for our U6 and U7 2021 Jamboree December 3 - 4, 2021.

There will be a U6 and U7 division at this jamboree. If your team is mixed, the tournament coordinator will discuss with you to see where you will fit.

Teams will be capped at 12 skaters and 1 goalie.

Applications will be accepted until October 5, 2021 with decision on teams selected by October 10, 2021. If your team is selected you will have 48 hours to e-transfer the tournament fee of $750.00 or 5 business days to send a cheque to hold your spot. If you are unable to do this - your spot may be given to the team next on the waiting list.
