This is the registration form for the 23rd JASID Spring Conference. All of you who would like to participate in this conference need to fill out this form and submit. Presenters and session organizers are also asked to submit papers/session's abstracts here.

About sharing videos of recorded sessions, portrait rights, copyright laws, and privacy laws
当日のセッションの様子を録画し、通信の具合でアクセスできなかった場合にそなえ、参加者（参加費支払いずみ）に限定し大会後2週間ほど（暫定的なもので変更がありえます）その録画を配信することを予定しています。その録画と配信について、同意しますか。なお、基本的に顔が映すことができるのは発表者、座長、コメンテーターなど登壇者のみです。また、それらの方々で、顔がうつるのがいやな場合は、ビデオオフで参加できます。これらのことを理解し同意します。 *
In case participants cannot join the session properly due to their internet connection failures, we are planning to record sessions and share those videos of sessions with paid participants for about 2 weeks (tentatively, subject to change) after the Spring conference. For your information, those who can show faces on Zoom are session chairs, facilitators, presenters, and commentators only.  Those who can show faces but prefer not to show, you can participate with your video off. I understand and agree to the above.

今大会の発表スライドデータ、画像、ビデオ、音声についての著作権は、発表者に帰属し、第23回春季大会プログラムオンラインページにて、それらを参加者に限定し配信します。また、その際発表者、登壇者の所属、氏名を使用します。なお、参加者は無断でセッションを録画や動画の再配信はできません。これらのことを理解し同意します。 *
The copyright of materials, which presenters and speakers create and use at the conference, such as presentation slides, photos, videos, and sounds, belongs to those presenters and speakers. Those materials together with the names and affiliations of presenters and speakers will be provided through videos, which will be uploaded in the program page of the 23rd JASID Spring Conference page and whose access will be restricted to paid participants only. Participants cannot record sessions by themselves or re-distribute those recorded sessions to others. I understand and agree to the above.

ポスターセッションはオンラインで実施されます。
提出物については、実行委員会からのメールを確認し、指示に従って下さい。フォームでのファイルの提出は不要です。参加登録、参加費支払いのみすませて下さい。

For poster session presenters:
Poster session presentations is made virtually in this conference.
Please check your email sent by the Conference Executive Committee to all the poster session presenters, and follow the guideline.
There is no need for you to submit files in the registration form. Please fill out the registration form and submit without files, and pay your participation fee by the deadline.
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
