Please submit your details below for free period products via post. This service is intended for those who struggle to access period products and who cannot access free products on campus. You are welcome to submit an order once a month throughout the year. We would ask you to be mindful that there are limited supplies.

PLEASE NOTE:

Period Products are available, for free, on campus. These are available within bathrooms across DCU & from both SU Helpdesk (Glasnevin & St. Pat's Campus). If you are able to access products from campus, please do so in lieu of ordering through our postal service. Limited to one order per month per person.

POSTAGE:

Products will be provided via post using stamped envelopes. The postage will be discreet so as to protect the confidentiality of the post. No markings will indicate the contents of the package. A note inside will confirm your details have been removed from our records.

We do not require any contact details beyond a valid address to send the package. There is no need to use your real name. You are more than welcome to submit an AddressPal or Parcel Motel address.

In accessing this service, you recognise and understand that DCU SU cannot guarantee the quality of products provided with absolution. We merely cover the cost of the products and its postage. Any issues with the quality of the products should be directed to the manufacturer.

DATA PROTECTION NOTICE:

DCU SU, in particular the VP for Wellbeing, will act as a Data Controller in relation to any Personal Data you provide on the form below. The information provided is stored only until a delivery request has been processed and is then subsequently deleted (i.e., once a test has been sent out to the desired address, we will delete your response). In some cases where orders are high, there may be a delay in your details being deleted. In these instances, all responses are wiped at least once a month.

All provided information will be stored via Google Drive under the VP for Wellbeing's account which is password protected and two-factor authenticated through DCU. Only the VP for Wellbeing has access to this and this data is not shared with external bodies.

NOTE: In certain cases, the VP for Wellbeing may share information with the SU Helpdesk if there is a back log of orders. Your information will not be shared with student staff, only full-time staff members who are not students.
