MEMBERSHIP: The enrichment classes and programs at Books and Me Library are only open to registered member families. You need a valid Books and Me Library card number to register classes. If you don't have one yet or if you forgot your Library Card number, please email
librarian@zhaoyu.org.
CLASS INFORMATION: Class group and other information of each class are available on flyers at
www.booksandme.org. Please review the flyers to choose the right group for your student. Email
librarian@zhaoyu.org if you have further questions.
HEALTHY GUIDELINES: Books and Me Library follows Santa Clara County health advises. Due to recent surge of RSV and concerns of the flu season, we will still maintain the
mask requirement in our facility for this season.
PAYMENTS: After you complete this registration form, you will receive a PayPal invoice for payment within TWO BUSINESS DAYS. Please make the payment asap. Your spot is
NOT secured until you made the payment.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Regular class registration deadline is
TWO DAYS before your first day of the class. New students for Abacus/Art classes are recommended to register
ONE WEEK before first day of the class in order to pick up/prepare materials. Registration after the deadline will be automatically postponed for one week.
RUSH SERVICE: Rush registration within two business days of first day of the class may be approved case by case. Please email
librarian@zhaoyu.org to make a request. If approved, a
$10 rush fee will be charged per student per class session.
