Part of being a Young Apostle is having a relationship with Christ. We don't expect you to be perfect, but you (as well as us), should be actively trying to grow in your faith. Tell us about your relationship with God/if you have one *
We understand life happens, and sometimes you'll have to miss things. The only way we can grow a youth group, however, is if the leaders show up. If you are applying to be a young apostle, we expect you to be at most of the Lifeteens. If you will need to miss, you will let us know in advance and make sure your spot is covered. If you think you cannot commit to this, please do not apply! Simply come as a Lifeteen attendant! There is nothing wrong with that and Lifeteen will be just as fun and meaningful for you. If you do believe you can commit, great, and feel free to move forward with applying. *
You must be involved in Lifeteen for at least a year before applying to be a Young Apostle. Peer ministry is something you are called to do after being involved as a participant in this program. It isn’t simply something we do. You must experience what Lifeteen is as a participant before becoming a leader in it. If this is not the case for you, but you still believe you are being called to be a peer, you can explain below. Please tell us how long you’ve been involved, and if you were away this year, why? *
We have various areas where we need young apostles to serve. We have a Confirmation program that meets for two 6 week sessions a year, a middle school program that meets twice a month, and a high school program that meets weekly from May-October. Which group would you like to help with? *
We have a few meetings we need you to attend. The dates are: Sept 2nd from 7-8:30, a beach day training on sept 18th (all day), and September 27th from 6-9pm. We ask that you attend all of these. If you cannot attend one, please tell us why. If you can attend all of them, please write "I will attend" *
