Submit this form if you are a Calvary Lutheran Church member who is interested in organizing, publicizing, and getting financial support for reimbursement for small group participation in an activity related to race equity. If you do not need funding for your event, simply post the event at
https://clcbelovedcommunit.wixsite.com/calvary/copy-of-create-an-event.
Only one person per group/activity should should submit an application for a mini-grant. In addition to submitting this application, this person will be the "organizer" for that group/activity and will be responsible for:
1) Coordinating interested congregants (the site administrator will share their information with you from their registration for the event on the site);
2) Distributing materials and/or disbursing funds/reimbursements to individual participants;
3) Ensuring that all participants post individual reflections in the Beloved Community website's Community Forum and assisting anyone in the group who might need help in posting; and
4) Completing the brief post-event report (see
