Please use this form to let us know if your child/children will or will not be returning to Blount for the 2022-2023 school year. Complete a separate form for each child.

*ALL PRE-K STUDENTS MUST REGISTER FOR KINDERGARTEN AS A NEW STUDENT FOR 22-23.*

Please note: Final report cards will be available at the end of the school day on May 26th. There are NO EXCEPTIONS. You may provide a self addressed stamped envelope for the report card to be mailed, give written permission for someone else to pick it up, or stop by during summer office hours to pick it up.

Students must be enrolled through May 26 to receive a final report card. Students with early withdrawal/transfer before May 26th will NOT RECEIVE A FINAL REPORT CARD.

All requests for certificate of enrollment letters (international families only) must be submitted 2 weeks in advance before the last day of school.
