Thank you for your interest in Skillcity's STEM After-School Program, in collaboration with the City of Edmonton. Please fill out all required sections of this form to enroll you or your children in our enriching programs scheduled from January through April 2024.

By providing this information you consent for Skillcity Institute and the C5 Hub to collect and share data within C5 organizations. Data collected will never be sold or publicly shared in an identifying way. Classes will be held in person in accordance with local health protocols at the Clareview Recreation Centre.

Register for: iRockSTEM Mondays program (ages 8 to 13)

The program provides community-based out-of-school support to youth for STEM-based subject areas, to help improve educational outcomes. This is part of our STEMCEL strategy. To increase the participation of traditionally underrepresented students in STEM disciplines by providing wraparound programming that strengthens the pipeline that brings students into STEM career pathways through a variety of out-of-school activities.

Register for: iRockSTEM Open Lab Wednesdays program (ages 8+)

The iRockSTEM Open Lab offers a nurturing environment for individuals aged 8 and above to delve into the fascinating worlds of STEMCEL and digital technology. Utilizing state-of-the-art tools such as Virtual Reality (VR), Smart Boards, 3D Printers, computers and other digital devices, participants can enrich their understanding of STEM disciplines. Moreover, the lab provides a wonderful platform for STEM enthusiasts of all ages to network and engage with professionals in the field.

STEM Heroes+ is a mentoring program that has been designed to build youth confidence by helping them feel a sense of belonging in the STEM community and increasing their motivation and capacity to pursue enriching STEM careers.
