If you live in Carterton or the surrounding villages and you've found yourself in genuine need of help from the supply bank (i.e. your financial situation means that you cannot feed yourself or your family for the next 14 days) then please submit your details below to request a parcel of food/essentials to be delivered to you.

Only essential senior members of the team will have access to your submission and the delivering volunteer will only, where possible, be given your address and initials for confidentiality.
