After 16 years of private practice, Karina is now offering group coaching!
What is Group Coaching?- Group coaching addresses issues relevant to people who share a common challenge or experience. Members gain perspective, validation and support from each other and grow witnessing other's process.
- Group is significantly more affordable than individual sessions. Where private sessions with Karina will soon be $175 per session, group coaching is accessible for as little as $59/session!
- Group coaching is a form of Collective Healing. What members gain from the group experience will not only impact them, but may also help them transform their relationships, families and communities.
Program Format:
- Small, intimate groups: 6 person minimum (9 max)
- Online pre-entry education provided
- Six, 90 minute meetings online via Zoom
- Meet two times per month for three months, (six sessions) - with option to renew
- Pricing is on a sliding scale between $354 - $594
What to expect...
- Pre-Entry Education: 90 minutes of short videos & prep-work to complete before 1st meeting
- Flow of Meetings: Centering technique > Discussion > Parts Work > Discussion > Homework
- Weekly Homework: to integrate the wisdom, skills and techniques learned into daily life
