Schwarzwald UCC Preschool Mother's Day Hanging Flower Baskets and Potted Flowers Fundraiser Online Order Form

Temple Greenhouse 10" Assorted Hanging Baskets $22.00 each or 4.5 Potted Assorted flowers $8.00 each. Please fill out this online order form and submit payment by April 16th. Delivery will be at the Schwarzwald UCC Preschool 75 Church Ln Road Reading, Pa 19606 before Mother's Day on Thursday May 9th 2024. Submit payment by cash or check (payable to Schwarzwald UCC Preschool) either with your preschooler or drop it off in a labeled envelope to the church locked mailbox. An emailed receipt will be given once we receive the complete order form and payment.
