Expressions of interest for 2024 Swim Smooth Certification Course, 27 May to 2 June, Mallorca, Spain 🇪🇸
For those of you wanting to take your swim coaching further and to benefit from everything that comes from being a fully-fledged Swim Smooth Coach. 

This includes:
 
1. access by way of a license to all our materials for offline video analysis, clinic presentation materials and squad resources;
2. promotion to our 120k mailing list of all your services and offerings;
3. featured as a recommended Swim Smooth Coach on both www.swimsmooth.com and www.swimsmooth.guru;
4. highlighted to all GURU users in your local area as THE point of coaching contact within the GURU dashboard;
5. 20% affiliate link for recommendation of the GURU to your swimmers and anyone visiting your site;
6. 80% commission on our soon-to-be-launched “Ultimate” level of coaching within the GURU (i.e. similar to writing a training plan within Training Peaks and being able to directly coach someone remotely through the GURU)

 
Dates for course: 27 May to 2 June 2024

An annual license fee of $2,197 USD will apply which will also include your certification training in Year 1 and will be payable prior to commencing the certification process before the course. A minimum of 3 years commitment will be required to complete the licensing agreement. Travel expenses and accommodation to the course in Mallorca, Spain will be paid by you.

Any coach considering commencing this journey is encouraged to start looking at the feasibility of running Squad and 1-2-1 Video Analysis Sessions in their local area, especially with regard accessing adequate pool space on a regular basis to do so. It is imperative for us that you have the best chance of being successful and the two major factors in this are: 1) access to a good population density of active people; 2) access to pool space at a commercially viable rate.

For your reference, the following improvements are being put in place since the last 2 Week course in Perth in February 2020:
 
  1. the course will feature as the FINAL stage in the certification process, rather than the FIRST stage
  2. prior to the course, any/all blended learning and mentoring will be completed, meaning you'll be ready to roll immediately after successful completion of the course
These two improvements will vastly expedite the training process and has the singular goal of allowing you to elevate your skills more efficiently and inline with our high standards of coaching quality.
