This study is conducted by BS Business Management students from De La Salle University. The purpose of the survey is to assess the relationship of Work Overload, Employee Engagement, Job Dissatisfaction, Quiet Quitting Behavior, and Loud Quitting Behavior in the IT workplace.
You have been chosen to answer this survey as you are a IT rank-and-file full-time worker in Metro Manila, belonging in Generation X, Y, and Z. The survey should take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. If at any point you feel uncomfortable, you are free to stop taking the survey. Your participation is completely voluntary. Your participation in this pre-test is highly valuable and will significantly contribute to our research. We assure you that your responses will remain confidential and will only be used for the purpose of this research.
