Hello and welcome to the JomaroArt commission form!  I am a freelance artist specializing in SFW, NSFW fantasy, and furry content. Thank you for your interest in commissioning me and for choosing to support my art!

Below you will find my terms of service and pricing sheet.  Please fill out the form to in order to apply for one of my slots.  Just remember:  filling out the form does not guarantee I will accept your commission.  While I rarely turn down orders from respectful clients, I reserve the right to turn away any applicant if I am unable to meet your needs or do not feel comfortable with your request.

Slots refresh the first of each month.

If I am unable to fit you into the current month, then you will be wait-listed until the next month, when your slot will be assigned according to the order I received your application!

                                     ----------------TERMS OF SERVICE-----------------

- All payments are accepted through the Paypal or BuyMeACoffee services ONLY.  Payments must be made within 48 hours of your notification that your commission slot is approaching.  Work will not begin until the full amount has been verified and received.  Failure to send the payment within the time will result in the loss of your slot and the cancellation of the commission.  If you wish to reclaim your slot you must fill out the form once more and apply for the next available month.
  
- I do not give exact turnaround dates, but rest assured that every effort will be made to deliver your commission for the month you applied for.  If you attempt to harass or berate me over wait times, your commission will be politely canceled and refunded, and I will no longer accept orders from you.

- I'll communicate throughout the entire process.  I pride myself on excellent communication.  You will be allowed to make fixes throughout the process up until the final Shading and Rendering process, as long as your requests are within reasonable limits and quantities. I reserve to right to ask for additional fees if drastic changes and alterations are asked for after the "Line-Art" phase has been completed.

- In the event your commission cannot be completed in the month in which you applied you will be notified as soon as possible!

- In the event, there is an error or any other problem with your payment will be notified as soon as possible!

- You CAN only use my art for trade, commerce, or advertisements if you have agreed with me beforehand.

- You CANNOT erase my signature.

- I will not commission NSFW art without proper proof of age (ID showing only first name and date of birth)

- By commissioning me and making your payment you agree to all of the above terms and will adhere to them.

Thank you for taking the time to complete this form! I'll contact you via the information you provided as soon as possible to discuss the final details for your commission - including pricing and estimated completion time.  Please have references at-hand for the character/characters you would like me to draw. References for the pose you would like me to draw them in are also preferred and will greatly help the process.  Once everything is in order, I will ask for your Paypal email address and send you a professional invoice.
