Next Stop: Coaching! is a project for you if you're working with people who are having a vulnerable background and want to develop a coaching method for supporting them in 1:1 and in community settings.

We aim on bringing together 30 youth workers from 10 different countries in order to develop coaching skills, tools, knowledge, competencies, and confidence to support youngsters and young adults in different projects, such as: ESC programs, youth exchanges, professional development activities, educational workshops, moreover in daily jobs and own initiatives.
The countries involved: Bulgaria, Estonia, Italy, Latvia, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, the Netherlands.
- What is the project covering:
Accommodation: The project will take place in the Netherlands, Ommen, at Olde Vechte Foundation - group accommodation
Travel: Erasmus Jeugdinstituut and Erasmus+ are offering travel reimbursement for all participating countries. You will be reimbursed for your travel, up to €275. Exception for Portugal, Madeira, where the travel is reimbursed up to €530, due to longer distance to the Netherlands.
The travel for participants of the Netherlands is not having the option to be reimbursed.
The travel will be reimbursed to you a few days after the completion of the training course via bank according to the country you are coming from.
Food: there will be breakfast, lunch and dinner.
No participation fee required.

Training Course | 7th of June - 13th of June 2023 | excluding travel days
Local Action Phase/Follow-up | August- September 2023 | each partner country
