If you’ve experienced any kind of abuse inside of a Christian church or organization, we invite you to share your story with us below. All information shared here will be kept confidential.

This data is collected for the purpose of accurately addressing churches with our petitions and open letters. While the private information will not be shared, the findings will be shared with the church networks and individual churches we are mailing an open letter to.

By filling out and submitting this form, you also certify that your statements are true and correct to the best of your knowledge and experience, and are not submitted with the specific intent to push fraudulent stories through the @DoBetterChurch account or with the intent to wrongfully malign a church, organization, or person who has not in fact committed abuse of any kind. False allegations and reports undermine the already marginalized voices of the abused, contribute to the increasing online ecosystem of misinformation, and take away resources which are meant for victims and survivors of abuse.
