Baltimore’s Inner Harbor is in need of reimagining and this seems like the perfect time to draw upon the knowledge, creativity and vision of our local individuals and communities.  More than a fresh coat of paint on the aging pavilions, we're seeking your best and boldest ideas for a transformed Inner Harbor that supports and celebrates all of Baltimore’s people and communities.
